Crafted from 100% fine genuine Toquilla straw in a refined llano weave, it is naturally supple, and comfortable against the skin. The straw is carefully whitened through a natural process, preserving its integrity while enhancing its clean, luminous tone.

Crafted in Ecuador using heritage techniques, each hat is carefully designed and refined in our UK workshop before receiving its final hand-polished finish through traditional processes and original hand-operated machinery in one of Britain’s most historic factories. It is completed with a soft, comfortable, and absorbent sweatband, along with a protective, luxurious silk-branded patch on the inside of the crown
