Crafted in Ecuador using heritage techniques, each hat is carefully refined in our UK workshop and receives its final hand-polished finish through traditional processes and original hand-operated machinery in one of Britain’s most historic factories. It is completed with a comfortable, soft, and absorbent sweatband, along with a protective silk-branded patch on the inside of the crown.
