Hand-woven in Montecristi, Ecuador using heritage techniques, each hat is then refined and hand-finished in our UK workshop. The final polish is carried out using traditional processes and original hand-operated machinery in one of Britain's most historic factories. Marchesi di Montecristi Panamas are blocked by hand, and a discreet silicone reinforcement is added inside the pinch.
Every hat in our collection is individually inspected and personally selected by our experts, with only the finest examples passing our rigorous quality control.
Each piece is completed with a soft sweatband and a protective silk-branded patch inside the crown, ensuring lasting comfort and durability.
