Crafted from 100% genuine Toquilla straw in a refined white llano weave, it is naturally breathable, durable, and supple in feel. The straw is carefully whitened using a natural process, preserving the integrity and beauty of the fibre while enhancing its soft, elegant tone.

Crafted in Ecuador using heritage techniques, each hat is carefully designed and refined in our UK workshop before receiving its final hand-polished finish through traditional processes and original hand-operated machinery in one of Britain’s most historic factories. It is completed with a soft, comfortable, and absorbent sweatband, along with a protective, luxurious silk-branded patch on the inside of the crown
